– Standard delivery (free with code SUMMER25): 7–14 working days (metropolitan France).
– VIP delivery (€4.90): 3–5 working days, with personalized tracking.

Contact our customer service quickly at contact@glassymood.fr . If your order has not yet been shipped, we can modify or cancel it free of charge.

You have 14 days after receipt to return an unworn product in perfect condition. Send your request to sav@glassymood.fr . Return costs are your responsibility, unless we make an error.

As soon as the shipment is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also consult your customer area or contact us with any questions.

Yes, all our models benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects for 2 years.

– Clean the glasses with a microfiber cloth and a suitable spray.
– Avoid abrasive or chemical products.
– Always store them in their protective case provided.
